To empower vulnerable populations through inclusive education, sustainable agriculture, healthcare, economic empowerment, and protection from violence and all forms of discrimination while advocating for change and fostering resilient communities.
Global Touch Charity Organization (GTCO) is a nationally registered, women-led, non-governmental, non-religious, non-political, and non-profit organization. Founded in January 2017 and officially incorporated with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of Nigeria on September 6, 2017, GTCO is driven by a mission to promote the holistic advancement of women and vulnerable populations across Nigeria.
Our core mandate is to empower women and girls through leadership development, economic empowerment, humanitarian interventions, and charitable programs that address systemic barriers to equality and inclusion. At the heart of our approach is a commitment to social justice, gender equity, and community-led development.
We engage directly with grassroots communities, civil society organizations, and, where necessary, government institutions to assess the multifaceted needs of women and develop effective, context-specific interventions. Our initiatives are tailored to support women in overcoming social, economic, political, and health-related challenges that hinder their full participation in society.
GTCO’s programs prioritize the most marginalized groups—particularly women, youth, children, and persons with disabilities. We implement our work through a blend of advocacy, public sensitization, service delivery, and awareness creation, ensuring that our impact is both immediate and sustainable.
OUR SOURCE OF FUNDING
GTCO’s sources of funding include the following:
Membership registration fees, dues & levies.Gifts from individuals and corporate organizations.
Individual and philanthropic organizations; and
Grants from international donor organizations.
